Searching the net has turned up conflicting opinions on Circum News. Some are convinced that its a scam whilst others are keeping an open mind. There is some circumstantial evidence that payments have been made. Meanwhile I have "earned" $163.63 so am almost half way to minimum payout of $350.
At present I am taking the view that it takes a little time during which I am watching TV so have lost little if it is a scam.
